Hello, my name is Bernardo Oberto. I am 21 years old. This blog was created in order to share the knowledge and skills acquired in the course introduction to linguistics (Eng. 300). The purpose of the blog is to expose all the knowledge received from professor Yuliana Vasquez about linguistics regarding to help other students.

Linguistics is the scientific study of language. Human language, understood as a systematic use of speech sounds, signs, and written symbols for communication among people, is a very complicated system, which can be analysed on different levels and from various points of view.
